You said you never sleep with your plugs so I was wondering if you ever have trouble getting them back in in the morning? I've taken mine out before bed before, and the next morning the holes had closed a significant amount shut and it hurt like a bitch to get them back in. Any tips or suggestions on what I could do/why they close so quickly. Thanks

How did you keep your lobes so thick and healthy? I really want to keep mine that way as i stretch to bigger sizes. What worked for you? any advise or suggestions?

First thank you. How big have you stretched them so far? And how bigdo you plan on stretching?

Honestly I listened to my body. I also have been stretching since I was 16 (26 now) be patient and stretch slow. Use good jewelry. When you get to bigger sizes tape slowly. I like ptfe (Teflon) tape. Tapers are too quick and can cause issues. Glass and titanium are fantastic for stretching. Once they are healed use stone to add some weight. Also I really like to massage my lobes with jojoba oil. Yeah she also finally messaged me back… Clearly a waste of time cause it’s her opinion that my lobes are unhealthy. And she does have a right to her own opinion… But I do as well. She is clearly misinformed and uneducated.
